How long does a shoot take?
While every property is unique, we like to schedule and prepare for a 1-3 hour time block depending on quantity of photos, size of property, and additional services requested. Some properties may be shot in less time and others may take more.
May i Stay in my Home?
When shooting, it is generally best for the property to not have anyone inside (including animals). If this cannot be avoided, please discuss the situation with us so that we can have a plan. (This is also noted in the Pre-shoot Checklist that may be delivered to the homeowner.)
how are the images delivered?
If there are specific shot requests, they should be discussed prior to the shoot. For the majority of shoots, clients will leave it up to us to capture the best images of the property.
Images are delivered via the Aryeo platform. Customers can choose from multiple file size types for their needs (MLS or sharing on other platforms).
Payment for services is handled through the Aryeo platform and required at time of download.
what equipment is used?
Photography and videography are captured on a full frame Canon Eos R using a wide angle (15-35MM) lens. This provides enough range for wide shots as well as details when needed.
360 Virtual Tours are captured on a Ricoh Theta Z1 and created on either Kuula or CloudPano depending on the needs of the customer.
what is your main coverage area?
Kissimmee, St. Cloud, and the greater Orlando area are the main areas covered. Call and ask about other areas. There is an upcharge on travels greater then 30 miles from 34744. Please be clear with the address and services requested on the contact form for an accurate quote.
Licensing / legal
How can I use the photos and media?
They may be used on the internet for your personal or company website marketing.
Social Media (Credit @AroundTownCreativeMedia is appreciated).
They may be included on your mailings and brochures.
They are not permitted to be used by third parties.
Who 'Owns' the photos / Media?
Under current copyright laws, ownership of all photos belongs entirely to Todd Joseph 'TJ' Pacheco, owner of Around Town Creative Media, who retains all rights to the photos and media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing (others fees could apply), and only licenses the use of the images to the client for marketing purposes.
Will I have Exlusive rights?
Included with photos and media is a non-exclusive license. We reserve the right to license the photos and utilize within our own marketing. If your needs require exclusive use, contact us to discuss further.
Do you stage the Property?
We do not stage properties and as a general rule do not engage in touching or moving customers' personal items. Property should be in a 'Ready to Shoot' state when the photographer arrives (see the "Pre-shoot Checklist"). What about Weather Delays / rescheduling?
